Most of the times user get problem loading page error due to lost of internet connection so first suggestion in page should be about it.

Its actually not a question a suggestion that please improve the error message that is displayed when their is no internet connection. Your error page give first suggestion "Check the address for typing errors such as ww.example.com instead of www.example.com". That is the case 10 out of 100 times guess when people enter wrong UrL, most of the cases are of no internet connection. Most of the times user get this error due to lost of internet connection so first suggestion should be about it.. That's my analysis,you can also check it, if I am wrong please let me know.
