My FF 29 with Win7 64 experiences artifacts when moving the window. Is there a fix?
This problem only occurs with FF; no other program exhibits the behavior.
When dragging FF it often will show artifacts. I say often, because it does not do it every time.

What do you mean by "artifacts?"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
