How do I block certain CSS properties such as custom cursors?
I don't like that webpages are able to change my mouse cursor. Is there an option or a plugin that would allow me to block CSS cursor changes?

Generally speaking, you can create style rules using the Stylish extension, or a userContent.css file, that override pages' style rules. I'm not sure exactly how you would create rules for the cursor property without losing its typical adaptable behavior...
Maybe there is a purpose-built add-on?? You might try the add-ons site: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/
