Generally speaking, you can create style rules using the Stylish extension, or a userContent.css file, that override pages' style rules. I'm not sure exactly how you would create rules for the cursor property without losing its typical adaptable behavior...

Maybe there is a purpose-built add-on?? You might try the add-ons site: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/
