I now have a new sync key, can I access my old data if I still have my old sync key?

I was trying something on Dolphin HD for Android and ti required me to use a new sync key. I still have the old one, can I access the data associated with my old sync key?

please assume that my new sync key does not have access to this data.

If that old sync key is for a different sync account (email) then that data is still available.
If you generated a new sync key for your sync account then your old data is lost and no longer available on the sync server.
