THERE IS NO LIBRARY IN MY FIREFOX 7
My Firefox 7 - Windows 7 does not have a Library tab so I cannot use its features. How do I install/recover the Library?
Chosen solution
It's not the icon on the top right (that's pretty useless, you get the same with Alt + B).
On the top left, click Firefox. Select Bookmarks, then Show all bookmarks.

"Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks" has been renamed to "Show All Bookmarks" in Firefox 4 and later.
Thank you, I know what you are saying but I am saying that when I press the icon on the top right to activate show all bookmarks, it just shows the bookmarks but it does not open a window that says Library and the button does not have a menu like they show in the link you gave me

I have got the feeling we are using different versions. Mine is 7.0.1. There is no such "Firefox" (tab? icon?) on mine
Can you attach a screenshot to show what you try to do?
Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).
I hope the attached screen-shot shows what I am talking about. The bookmarks are open but there is no Library window open and there is not link at the top that takes me to the library like I had on the previous version of Firefox
Thanks
Try using { Ctrl + Shft + B } to open the Library window.
I see the Bookmarks menu in your screenshot, hardly visible though.
Did you look in that Bookmarks menu for the "Show All Bookmarks" item like I wrote above in my first post?

I found why I could not open the library. I kept insisting on using the icon on the right, with the star, like the help page in this site say to do, but now I clicked at the top on Bookmarks and Show all bookmarks and it opened the library. Also like the-edmeister suggested I can open it with the keyboard shortcut. Problem solved, thanks to both.
