i am not getting pics from news articles on my home page

Im not able to get pictures when i click on a news item on my homepage. I only get black or pink boxes, and when i click on them nothing happens.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

Do you see the images in Tools > Page Info > Media ?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). Also make sure that your firewall isn't blocking the images.
