I have problems with your browser
- Subject: False Security Warning Blocking Access to Official ATR/BPN Internal Website**
Dear Mozilla Firefox Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with Firefox blocking access to the official Indonesian Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) internal work website:
When I try to access this website, Firefox displays a warning stating, *“Be careful on this site — Firefox noticed something suspicious,”* along with a connection failure notification.
This issue is seriously disrupting my daily work because I need to access this official government website to perform my duties. The website is an essential work resource, and being unable to access it through Firefox is causing unnecessary delays.
I understand that Firefox has security mechanisms to protect users from potentially harmful websites. However, I would appreciate it if your team could investigate whether this warning is a false positive or whether there is a technical issue involving the website's security certificate, connection, or reputation.
Please review this issue and provide guidance on how I can safely access the website without compromising my browser's security.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution, as this issue is directly affecting my ability to carry out my official responsibilities.
Thank you for your attention and assistance.
Best regards, A concerned Firefox user

Hi
As a first step, have you considered updating your copy of Firefox? The information that you have provided with you question suggests that you are using an older version.
Hi, did this problem just start recently?
In your second screenshot, a PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR indicates that the web server, or a security system between Firefox and the web server, sent a TCP RST command instructing Firefox to immediately stop trying to connect. I'm not sure why that is happening. Maybe the server/security system considers something about your browser to be suspicious. For example, perhaps it identifies itself in an unusual manner or is connecting from an untrusted IP address.
When I try to check the site's secure connection configuration using the SSL Labs site, it is not able to connect: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=aplikasi.atrbpn.go.id Possibly that is because access is restricted to users in Indonesia? Not sure.
Have you tested whether you can access the site using Microsoft Edge or another browser? Or a mobile phone browser?

Many government and other websites in India like gov.in and others may still be affected by the certificates that they are using?.
Does not help that emSign went out of business in India on Oct 22. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EMudhra
For example digitalpolicecitizenservices.gov.in and digitalpolicecitizenservices.gov.in both failed with certificate and got a F on SSL Labs. Then the indianvisaonline.gov.in was updated shortly after however the other has not been fixed yet since last week,
