Yahoo Mail shows false "No internet connection" banner after update to Firefox 153.0.1

Firefox 153.0.1 (64-bit), Windows 11. Immediately after this update, Yahoo Mail began showing a persistent "No internet connection" banner over the search field. Mail loads and receives normally — new messages arrive in real time while the banner is displayed — so the connection is fine. The banner covers the search field, so I cannot search my mail.

Tried without success: cleared cookies and site data for yahoo.com; unregistered the mail.yahoo.com service worker via about:serviceworkers; toggled Enhanced Tracking Protection off and on for the site; removed all extensions; restarted Windows several times.

Yahoo Mail works correctly in Vivaldi on the same machine, same network, same account. It was not happening on the previous Firefox version and nothing else on the machine changed.

Has anyone else seen this since 153.0.1?
