I am paying $9.99p.m. for the Mozilla VPN which is not installed in my updated windows 11 system and I want to either activate it or cancel the subscription

The VPN was installed in my old Windows 10 Pc; in November all of my system and filesereas transferred to the Windows 11 HP laptop I am now using. The VPN app appears nowhere on my system and I cannot use it. Iwant to get it installed or the subscription cancelled

Wow! I did nothing and suddenly the VPN button appeared on my Firefox home page yesterday; I'm also getting better from pneumonia - and the sun is shining. I'm off to open a bottle of claret before everything starts to go wrong! Magic in the air? Should I be paying for it - and can I cancel the $9.99 and still have it in place?

Yes you could cancel it, but keep in mind that the free build-in VPN is much more basic solution than this paid one. If you have mobile devices or you need exit nodes in different countries, it's not covered by this free VPN.
