Write privileges? Disk space?

Error message: Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox.

I am able to send. But no incoming. I have archived my mail so that the incoming folder has less than 4000 emails. I have restarted the program and the computer several times.

I received mail this morning and then began to get the error message. Disk space on all drives is sufficient.

Are you using an anti-virus program?
