popups blocked from illinois state payment confirmations
In paying my Illinois tax bills i tried to get a print out of my payment confirmation but the site said that this browser blocked my printing, as popups are blocked for their site from your browser

On the page you're trying to print from, press ctrl-i > click the Permissions tab > click 'Allow' for Open pop-up windows.
