CPU Usage Issue after Latest Update
For some reason, my CPU usage of Firefox applications have shot up after the latest update. If I restart it goes down but after some time, not sure which factor is triggering this, it shots up again.

Could you please run a tool from http://memtest.org/
in order to check the integrity of your RAM?
You will need a thumb or disk drive to install it on.
Do you let Windows handle the page file or did you set a fixed size ?
If you use a fixed size for the page file then try the former and let Windows handle the page file.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
Why are the bookmarks synchronization linked with the version of Firefox installed? I finally found a way to install the old version of Firefox (and you guys don't make this easy) but it says if I don't use the latest version of Firefox, I will loss the bookmark changes up to that point...That's just useless and sad.
I use v54 as my default. I sync bookmarks and passwords only with the current version and android. The other data may not be compatible.
