Hi ewenkloas,
Sometimes refreshing the browser can fix many problems.
- To do this, click the menu button at the top right corner of the Firefox window.
- Click the “Help” option near the bottom of the menu.
- Click the “Troubleshooting Information” option in the Help menu.
- Click the “Refresh Firefox” button at the top right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.
- You’ll be warned that this will remove your browser add-ons, reset your customizations, and revert other browser data to the default settings. Click “Refresh Firefox” to confirm you want to make these changes.
If it doesn't solved your problem, then feel free to ask in Reply Section. Thanks for raising your question in Mozilla Support Forum.
Hello Shashank,
I have reinstalled a fresh version of firefox. Also I noticed that if I run edge and firefox at the same time, firefox will crash and edge will freeze. I am thinking that win10 does not like me running firefox, trying to force me to only using edge. What dou you think?
Thank you.
Ewen

I am starting to think that the problem may be my graphics card, could this be the problem? I tried the troubleshoot it did nothing, I am having the same trouble with other apps now.
A crash is what happens when Firefox closes or quits unexpectedly. After a crash, you should see the Mozilla Crash Reporter appear. This article will help you fix crashes and show you how to get more help if you're having difficulties. Note: If Firefox is open but won't respond to any of your actions, then this is a hang, not a crash. See Firefox hangs or is not responding - How to fix for solutions.
If Firefox crashes at startup:
Check to see if the crash happens in Safe Mode (see below). Try a clean reinstall (see Firefox keeps crashing at startup).
Otherwise, follow these steps in order. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-troubleshoot-prevent-and-get-help
I worked it out,
My run memory was not set, I set it to the recommended amount and that solved the problem.
Thank you
