That sounds like a plugin.
You need to find an installer to put it onto your system. Does this link help? https://www.bing.com/search?q=npplugin&pc=MOZI&form=MOZSBR
Firefox 52 and later releases only support the Shockwave Flash plugin and disable all other plugins. If you need to use other plugins then you can use the Firefox 52 ESR release. Otherwise you can stay with the current Firefox release version.
Why-do-Java-Silverlight-Adobe-Acrobat-and-other-plugins-no longer work.
We are using the ESR version
Is this the 32-bit Firefox ESR version?
Yes it is
You need to copy the plugin to a location that Firefox uses to scan for plugin or if the plugin is used with an external application then make sure that the appropriate Windows Registry key are missing.
Hi neilculank, based on web search results, this plugin is associated with DVR or surveillance camera software. Try installing the DVR/camera software package on the second computer to put the plugin file in the expected spot. (And then check it for updates.)
