Firefox openswith a browser from China. I cannot clear it, restore defaults don't work, even regedit cannot clear. I have reinstalled,same issue

This 2 in 1 tablet came from China. It constantly brings up a Chinese website upon start. Nothing changes it, it goes right back to that website. Even regedit does not clear it I have reinstalled, changed start pages, wiped cookies, and all else I can think of doing. Any Ideas??
