and i can't download mp4 format from youtube

and when i install youtube flash video player i can't download mp4 format and mkv format appear

YouTube uses   HTML5,   as far as I know.
Would you consider this:

Some websites do not allow downloads. However, a download manager/helper can bypass this.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

Youtube currently uses the HTML5 player.
