I AM GETTING THREADS AND SUB-THREADS AND I DON'T' WANT TO GET THAT WAY, I DON'T KNOW WHY IS HAPPENING, I WANT TO SEE THE ANSWERS NORMAL TO MY EMAIL NOT BY THREADS BUT BY ONE EMAIL SEPARATELY. I LOOK ALL ALL THE FUNCITONS AND CAN'T FIND HOW TO RETURN NO NORMAL .

You need to disable the threading.

Try this: View > Sort by > Unthreaded
