My current version of Firefox is 151.0.4 (64-bit) & for the past 2 weeks or so every time I use the search bar to google something it triggers one of those "We've detected unusual activity from your network" requiring a Captcha. At first I tried all of the typical stuff [antivirus, vpn, extensions, etc...] to make sure that wasn't the issue. But as of yesterday & confirmed today I can actually go to Google's website first & do the search from there with no issue & no captcha.

So, whatever the issue is has to do specifically with doing the search via the search bar... for some reason. Is this a bug in the browser, or is there perhaps some setting that could cause this to happen in the about:config page? Though, I doubt a setting could be it because I've changed the settings I've changed now for years without causing this issue.

To be honest. Firefox is starting to be a big pain to use. I'm starting to see more and more of this screen where it say's "Be careful. Something doesn't look right" Even when i go to the advance and say proceed. Nothing happens and i'm getting no where. I know many of the sites don't have anything to do with asking for credit card, Scam or even having popup's. I test the sites in other browsers and there work without any issues. But Firefox is starting to lock me out of many sites due to this. How can i make this stop. As i used Firefox for many years.

The sample that is in the screenshot is a Anime data base that i have also used for years. But today shows this. But was working fine yesteday. What is going on and how can i fix it. So i can start using the browser that i love on the sites i want to.

I have a new mac air and I had to set up a new Firefox/Mozzila account. Since then, I keep getting a Google sign in request. I have a Google email for websites that I don't really use, so am effectively a Google customer, but I prefer to not have this pop up every time I go to a website that has a sign in. Due to muscle menu or not needing to think about it. Split should either be near the bottom of the context menu or you should be able to toggle it in settings. The amount of times I have gone to click a link to open in a new window only to split the view is driving me crazy.

Every time I start Firefox lately, it keeps prompting me: "You must log in to this network before you can access the Internet." I have no idea what this means and have no problem accessing the Internet in any case. What suddenly started causing this !#@%$ message and how do I turn it off?

Today I noticed there was not a new tab to click on at all times. There always has been. Now I have to go to File and open a New Tab. What changed? is there a setting to fix this? If so I can't find it.

Some Chinese characters are displayed incorrectly in my iOS Firefox app, with completely different strokes then they should have. It's not traditional Chinese or any other actually existing character, it's just straight up wrong.

As an example, below I am typing 冷 (cold) and it displays correctly in my keyboard (and everywhere else on my iPhone) but when I actually select it, the character looks completely different. If I search, it's still recognized as the correct character, but it's just displayed wrong, making it very difficult to read as these aren't characters that actually exist. This is just one example, with multiple other characters having similar issues.

Hi there. The past few weeks whenever I try to view any YouTube embed on any website I just get this error and the video does not play: Sign in to confirm that you're not a bot

Of course I am signed in but it does nothing. It works in other web browsers, just not Firefox. I've tried resetting my cache and cookies, private windows, and disabling all extensions but nothing seems to work.

I am not able to open my Firefox browser tonight. It was work yesterday. WHen I tried to refresh it the wheel kept spinning for over 15 min and there was no sign that it would complete the process.

Every time I select Gmail on Firefox page, it requires me to sign in with a code. I have selected 'Strict' for browser privacy and 'Clear history after closing Firefox'... plus a number of other settings. I then get a notice of someone signing into my account each time, as does the person who I use as a backup to my account. I'd like not to go through that each time I access my Gmail account.

I frequently watch BBC videos but approx one week ago, they stopped playing. I have your VPN which is usually off as it give me no advantage, (this appeared following the last update), but I've tried switching on and changing to UK location. No change.

Can you give me some suggestions please?

All other credit cards, banks, finance, etc. accounts sign on fine. I deleted my "saved" Chase sign on in "tools" and tried setting up the Chase account from scratch but it didn't have any result. Running W-10 with latest updates. Called Chase and was not comfortable with their response. Since it's a long holiday weekend (4th July) I will call them again on Monday to see if I can get someone else with more knowledge at Chase support. Any help from you guys would be appreciated. The error appears invariant of my IP address (different IPv4 addresses after rebooting my router, or an IPv6 address via a proxy). I have Firefox 60.7.2esr and 78.5.0esr on an older machine. Those sometimes work to some of these sites, but don't support all the site functionality, e.g. I can't actually login to Costco. www.tesla.com/modely works in 78.5.0esr. The Firefox on my Android tablet works for tesla; I haven't checked all the other sites. In conversation with my ISP (Starlink) customer service AI, I have tried deleting cookies and disabling plugins (only H264 and Widevine) with no effect. It suggests there is a problem with Akamai fingerprinting the browser.

I get edgesuite errors using Lynx or elinkx or curl also

firefox nightly got update with new look

and there is no "Legacy" option no options for accent color,rounding scale, etc.

i hate it please help me or help me with downgrade
