Dear Support Person,

Yesterday, after being notified that an upgrade was available, I executed the upgrade to version 152.0.

The upgrade completed successfully with my eight tabs populating on the left side along with a new tab showing all the features of the new upgrade.

I opened my Gmail tab and my Yahoo mail tab. Eventually, Firefox froze up, saying it was Not Responding. I looked at Task Manager and saw that Firefox was continuing to grab up memory. I ended the Firefox process in Task Manager.

I then opened it again and deleted all the tabs except for one. It continued to grab up memory.

I then opened it in Troubleshooting mode. It errored out, and I sent the report to Firefox support.

The only thing that has changed is the fact that I ran the upgrade to Firefox. Nothing else has changed.

Firefox has been my go-to browser for years. I am using Chrome as my access to the internet now, and cringe every time I go into it.

I hope and pray that you can bring my Firefox friend back to me.

~ Kyle P.S. I just tried getting information from about:support. I was able to copy the raw data and then the application crashed. I sent the Crash Report to you folks. The raw data I pasted in the Troubleshooting Information box.

see question, please. using win10 (because of compat issues with some of my development software. if i make a change to one of my websites (reload a modified page), i have to get out of firefox so cookies will be deleted. That's a bit painful, as i am making a lot of web changes on my servers just now. The circular "reload page" button does not always help. thank you

Bonjour Depuis un certain temps, je ne sais plus quelle mise à jour, j'ai des erreurs 406 à répétition avec Firefox. C'est très pénible!! ADBlock + is disabled Celà ne se passe pas, pour les mêmes pages avec Edge. Que faut-il faire? remettre Edge en navigateur par défaut? J'ai des exemples, mais je ne sais pas si je peux mettre les liens ici sans être censuré.

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem.

I run 115.37.0esr (64bit) on a Windows 7 pro system. Recently I cannot look at either Home Depot or Lowes websites. I can see them on Chrome. I have no other trouble viewing websites, just these two. Can anyone tell me why and more to the point tell me how to fix it.

When I click to fill in a Credit Card field to pay for something, my correct card info appears momentarily, but then disappears. To execute a payment, I am forced to manually fill in all required information. I made sure the "save autofill" box was properly checked in the Settings, and it was. Names, addressed, etc. are all filled in properly; only credit card info is not.

When there is a field to fill in my credit card info, the info will appear and let me select the CC I want to use but when I move away from the field the CC info goes away.

I can't log into an email from my health site called MyMercy to get lab reports, etc., using Firefox; Have to switch to Google Chrome to do it. Is Firefox aware of this issue? Please respond [edited email from community support forum]

During cleaning up by CCleaner, accidentally the Histrory of the Firefox Browser (open folders and apps) all were deleted. Is there a way to retrieve and restore the then open folders ?

Greetings, Team. When Firefox does an Auto-update while starting, an error message arrives, " NSIS Error:

Error writing temporary file. Make sure your temp folder is valid.

OK " Please, where and what name does this 'temp folder' have?

How may I fix this Error?

I see many complaints about this new version v 149 for the Mac. The most outrageous one is that you can no longer drag links from a browser page (try BBC) to an email or a doc. You have to copy the link then it won't turn blue and only when received will it show up as a link. Like many others after 30 years use preferred over Safari and others I am seriously losing patience with Firefox. On the very day you announce split screen for Ff windows - you disable a vital feature that has worked for years causing me to waste so far 60 minutes of my hard pressed work time. Maybe this will be corrected in the next upgrade. But I am now intending to avoid all Firefox upgrades for 6 months after being offered. I doubt anyone on this forum will come back on this but my set-up is Mac OS Monterey - and Firefox v 148 worked perfectly before today. I hesitate to try and install the previous version because I am not used to doing such tech moves. Perhaps someone in the Mozilla head office congratulating themselves on the marvellous new upgrade will come across this but I doubt it

I came to know about Firefox Widgets but can't see any on Firefox 152 on Windows 11 desktop. The option Allow Firefox to improve features, performance and stability between updates is already checked (Screenshot attached) as suggested by users.
