My personal laptop was being repaired, and I was using my mom's old laptop until mine was fixed. I logged out of her Mozilla account on that laptop and signed into my own. Now that I have my personal laptop back, all of my passwords, bookmarks, and extensions are mixed in with all of hers. I don't know what to do, and I'm worried that if I remove bookmarks from my account, it'll create a domino effect that results in a catastrophic Mother's Day.... Please help, I'm not good with technology, I'm just a geology major.

I am interested in purchasing your Mozilla VPN. I need this to work seamlessly with the multicontainer extension. When using multicontainer profiles and the mozilla VPN, does it allow to choose different server IPs for different profiles at the same time?. I ask this because my current provider does not do that. When I install my current VPN extension, it automatically uses the server IP that is logged on the PC VPN porgram. Please clarify this for me before I pay.

I want to know why DeTrumpify has been blocked. I use it to block Trump because he is toxic and I don't need that in my browser. So now the very tool I use to block all that hate has been blocked for being hateful? Mozilla, grow a back bone already! And leave my extensions alone! I'll decide what is hate on my device. I don't need a scared corporate nanny to do it for me. Pathetic. DO BETTER!

For few days, it's impossible to connect to FACEBOOK. I have the latest version of FIREFOX, but I have to use another web browser (EDGE) to connect to FACEBOOK. The problem is the same with my two computers with the latest WINDOWS.

I am using firefox on linux since ~10 years. Currently running latest FF on Kubuntu. I always had setting set to forget all cookies and session details except of search history on exit.

Since approx 2-3 weeks (latest update?) those settings don't work. FF remembers everything regardless of settings I chose.

Does anyone have idea why this is happening now and how to fix it?

'bold text YouTube is "acting insane, sound plays/picture is frozen. Can't pause it. Also can't start it! Ads play on without option to skip. I got some notice that YT was changing something, I think it is broken. I managed to get a video to play on MS Edge, but I normally do not use that. I cleared cache and ALL of that, rebooted computer, etc. connection is good. Searches are fine on firefox, Other sites are fine on firefox. . IT IS YOUTUBE! It is SO bad that now with my mouse, the arrow and hand are NOT showing up on the actual screen where video plays. Right now on here it is fine. but on youtube? no.

I can't open the link in a new window as I have to click on a tab and when I right click on the tab it only gives the pop up box that says "take a screen shot" etc.

I tried "allowing" the website for pop-ups but it still didn't work. I don't know what to do now.

Default homepage is yahoo. Since the update to version 149, if I do a search from yahoo, the new tab that opens with the search result is blank most of the time. I have to click reload for the search results to show up.

Is anybody else having that problem? Seems to be yahoo search specific but not 100% sure.

After an update minutes ago, Firefox immediately crashes on startup and crash reporter launches Rebooted computer. Launched firefox from command line with -safe-mode and -purgecaches

This is when the online help says to submit a report with the most recent bp-numbers. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I want to delete Preview Links. I tried going to Settings>General>Browsing, however, there is no "Browsing" section. I have a Linux Mint. I do NOT want Preview Links. Thank you.

I have set Scale Setting of 125 or 150. I have sed the Slider to increase (or decrease) the TEXT size as required. Every time I power up, but particularly after Windows Updates are applied the text size on the ANY Toolbar feature drops back to 6pt at best. All other Icons on toolbar retain size settings. Any thoughts why and how to resolve this issue?

I use Linux Mint and I have been experiencing numerous system crashes involving Firefox which requires a cold boot. What is the problem? How can I debug this? Are you getting crash reports?’

This happens several times a week. It has happened continuously tonight since installing the latest update via the Software Manager.

The program causes a total freeze of the OS. All other running programs and all input sources. I have no choice but to shut down via the power button on the tower.

Mint generates crash reports but I have no way to determine if they are being sent to Mozilla.

Firefox for Linux does not provide a troubleshooting system like it does on Windows. Neither does Mint.

I studied Computer Science in the 80s when Firefox was known as Navigator. I learned C and the Unix OS, but since then I became a psychologist, and don't remember too much of the Com Sci stuff I learned and I don't think Mint allows user modifications anyway.

What can be done to fix this? I don't have the Benjamins to buy a new Windows to replace the Linux, nor do I want to.

It's checked in settings, the US english language pack is installed, I did the about:config thing as well and it's still not working. Oh yeah, also used troubleshoot mode - turned off all addons - and still doesn't work.

after i turn on location in settings, i keep getting a notification that my shared experiences needs fixing and i need to put in my PIN every time. but if location is off, i stop getting the shared experiences problem.

When will FireFox VPN be available in South Africa? I've always used FF and really like the way it works. I'm a pensioner (retired head of Cybersecurity) and appreciate that your offerings are free. However if i wish to make a contribution how do i do that? Kudos to everyone!

I started getting a different login screen for yahoo and so I was on the lookout for the https:// that would ensure I'm at a real website. I noticed that I don't get any https:// on anything in my FF esr 140. Even if I enter it with the address, it disappears as soon as I click to open the website. I tried out Edge and the https:// is there. Is there some reason this is being removed in FF, as it is something reassuring and doesn't take up much space.
