Hi there. Ian here. My home page "www.news.com.au" keeps wanting to lock me out due to apparent addblockers on my PC. I am not aware of any that I have installed and can't find a way to remove them or turn them off. I am also not sure if this is a healthy consideration in any case. Can you Help me please.

When opening a new window on firefox I see a "homepage" (No URL offered at the top of the page), offering some helpful, frequently used shortcut icons followed by a number of headings, i.e. : Popular Today, Connections, Featured Videos, etc., providing image/links to stories from various "news" or "interest" websites, which I can click on to view. Opening a number of these sites in order to view the advertised "story" require setting up a free, or paywall account/membership, etc.. How can I eliminate these undesirable/unwanted options from being "offered" or shown on my firefox homepage? Something may look interesting, but I'm not one to sign up, or pay to view these opportunities. I see where I can eliminate entire Categories, but what I'm trying to do is block, or eliminate the "offer to view" what I deem "unwanted offers to sign up to view this "story". Can this "Junk/Bait" be eliminated from my homepage on a site by site basis? As examples: CNN, Wired", "the cut", among others. Can the page be configured to eliminate the offering of "Non-Free", "Non-Membership", "Non-Signup" Sites? (Apologies for my lack of appropriate semantics, I'm just a user, not an Internet Expert, developer, or or software-savvy person.) As an aside, is there a way to contact a real live human person at Mozilla/Firefox to assist with issues like this, or answer related questions. All I seem to find are circular links to "Contact Mozilla", which bring me to unrelated FAQ databases, and user forums, etc., where I find I'm unable to get an answer to the question asked? My internet connection is with Comcast, whom has told their customers that they will no longer be allowing email addresses with their company’s name. To this end I have been trying to move my old email accounts over from them, and I'm facing a lot of problems. However, since I was able to change the email in the Mozilla account today, I may be able to do it now. Also, please update my computer info to windows 11. Educated guesses below are correct.

I have been using firefox of a Mobile hotspot from T-Mobile for many years. I am used to correcting for the Hotspot location anomalies. In the last several months firefox thinks I am in Tennessee. I have been unable to force firefox to believe that I am in Northern Ohio (several locations)

VPN isn't working. I'm in Italy for a week, but live in the US and want to sign up for NordVPN in the US today. But, NordVPN wants to charge me Italian tax, and must therefore know my location.

How do I show that I'm in the US?

My email system was [email-removed]@indiana.edu and they changed it to [email-removed]@iu.edu. I can no longer receive email at the @indiana.edu account and I would like to migrate the bookmarks and other data like credit card info to my new Mozilla at [email-removed]@iu.edu. How can I do that when I cannot access the code being emailed to [email-removed]@indiana.edu?

I suspected I had hit a "translate" somehow, but with further inspection I think I may actually have been compromised. I'm using Firefox, but the problem follows me even if I switch to Chrome or smilar.

this new version is horrible. I go to Facebook and it either does not come up or it takes forever. It does it with addons on and off and i do not get half of what i post and there are just colored square no post all when i go to my page but yet it works just fine in Chrome with both extension on and off. I have cleared the cache history etc and still nothing have removed some add ons added some adblockers and it will not let me me see my notifications for at least 5 minutes and that is about how long it takes for it to work on fiirefox with and with out extensions it is a little better with out add ons If this happens with add on you recommend then why do i need them why have and offer theme them if it causes this. have tried contacting Met AI and Facebook but it only happens with Firefox why do this if it aint broke do not fix it

I have had FF VPN for 2 days Pages load incredibly slowly Videos do not load at all

Do other people have experience with this?
