Cannot get in to my daily bookmarks .They ask now to sign in as new member. I cant check my bank accounts or medical sites or any bookmarks info at all. all went away. Please help !!!!

When I open FF I get the message "Update available. FF couldn't update automatically. Download the new version - you won't lose saved information or customizations. < download > < dismiss >." When I click "help > about", the message box says I'm on the latest version of FF for my Windows 7 computer, 115.32.0esr (32-bit). I understand I need a new computer and that Mozilla isn't providing more updates to those of us left behind. However, I don't recall ever getting messages telling me to download a version when there wasn't an update that I could actually install on my current hardware and OS. Am I missing something by not doing the download to which reference is being made in the cited recurrent message? Can I expect to get this non-actionable "Update available" message from now on? I'm writing to suggest enhancing Firefox's toolbar/menu customization with more practical buttons.

Please consider adding frequently used buttons like "Add to Reading List" directly to the list, with the ability to enable/disable them easily in settings. Chrome offers this flexibility, and Firefox—champion of user choice and privacy—should match or exceed it.

Firefox has always been about freedom and customization. Please give us more control over our browsing experience.

Scroll bar issue on some websites When accessing certain websites, the scroll bar disappears (for me, it's on the right side of the screen), and it's no longer possible to view the page content, even using the keyboard's scroll keys.

is this a bug or did I do/get something wrong? ( I relied on https://support.mozilla.org/de/kb/tab-gruppen-in-firefox )

As there is the option, to "save and close" a tab-group, I thought it would be possible to acces the group again, after closing. This seemed to be the case, as clicking on the often looked for little "v"-button next to the tabs, provided me not only with a list of my open tab-groups but also with the menuepoint "closed groups", clicking on which, the closed groups were listed. I was happy about the tool and started to use it quite intensely, creating more than 10 closed groups, to which I could add additional tabs, although the groups were closed.

Well, so far so good, yesterday I found out, that "close and save" is not really saved? It just doesn't have "Closed groups" (geschlossene Gruppen) anymore.

Is that behavior according to plan (not mine, but the developers one) Is there any way I could get the closed groups and/or the tabs in them back?

I am living in China and I used to be able to use a VPN with firefox without any problems.

Several months ago, I was suddenly only able to browse if I switched the VPN on (previously, it worked with or without (depending on whether the website was accessible from China).

I have recently changed VPN providers and now firefox doesn't browse at all.

Is there anything I should change in the settings?

after the last update which was very nice btw.. I get two windows pop up of fiirefox browser with my remembered tabs. I added all to just one browser window and for a while it was fine. Now again two windows with different tabs are popping up when I restart the computer. how do I remove one of them

While watching netflix, I randomly get error code F7361-1253 which prevents the video from playing. Can happen at any random time while watching. I have had firefox for years and have only got this issue in the past few months. It does not happen on other browsers like chrome.

I have tried disabling all extensions and troubleshoot mode, doesn't fix it. I didn't change any firefox settings since this started happening. DRM is enabled, widevine is the latest version, so is firefox, fully updated. I am using Windows 11 Home, 10.0.22631 Build 22631

I am trying to follow the guide linked to install Firefox on an older Chromebook. It looks like the device should be supported, as running the command cat /etc/os-release returns that it is version 10. When I get to step 4 and try and run that I get a permission denied error and later steps do not work.

I did try the Google play option on the Chromebook, it says the device is not supported.
