On android, it is possible to change the search engine of the search bar on the home screen. There you can select a Search Engine App, like Google, Qwant or Startpage.

However, Firefox is currently not available as a selectable option there. Adding it there would make it possible for those searches to be handled by firefox.

Hello , - please excuse me as im not at all tech svy etc , but i would just like to know why do you have your company /site = "MOZILLA'" , then those other "web browsers"[woteva u call em] , like fifrefox & thunderbird etc - But then we still are stuck with using bloody google etc for a search engine bcoz yous dont have any actual "serach engines" of your own for us to use? - As sorta defeats the purpose then , bcoz if not google then iv only got Bing & duck duck go . to choose from , as i dont wana be using google , SO ..... ???

When searching on my desktop, google comes up as 1st engine by default. How do I change to a different engine and make that my default search, until I want to change again? -F

I use the Search Messages tool daily, and I have always used the keyboard shortcut Cmd-Shft-F. That shortcut seems to have been eliminated. Could it be restored?

In order to have the "Search Labs" tab to show I am unable to check the box for: "Install and run studies" even though the box for " Send technical and interaction data to Mozilla" is checked. Help please. Thank you Barrington Whitfield. (Barry)
