I have an issue with the Firefox printing dialog. Everything I print comes out tiny, covering only 25% of the page. This only happens when using the Firefox print dialog, when I select "use system dialog" everything prints fine. The page looks normal on the print preview window, and only looks small once printed. I have tried resetting the printer settings from about:support, and I don't see any erroneous settings in about:config. I'm assuming there is something I'm missing that makes the page size wrong.

With the new version 132.0. I can no longer access an IP address in the home network. For example 10.0.0.100 It is always searching https://10.0.0100 With the old version 131.0.3 this was possible without any problems. Here is it 10.0.0.100http

I use the 'Open in Conversation' feature a lot in Thunderbird but it has suddenly stopped working for me. Emails on 20th November and before are showing it as an option (either by right clicking email or through drop down menu) but emails on 21st November and since do not give me the option (not present when right clicking and greyed out in the drop down menu). The emails I have tried since 21st do have conversations and you can see the email trail if you scroll down the email. If I try Ctrl Shift O, then that does not work for post 21st November emails either.

Does anybody have any idea why this is happening, and why I can access the feature for some emails before a certain date but not for those past that date?

We have Thunderbird on 4 computers. We all have our own personal account and then we share one account. Emails for the shared account do not appear on all the computers consistently. It varies by the day. The account is an IMAP account. On both the shared account and the personal account e-mails randomly disappear. This all started within the last few months. All was well until then. NO changes to the computers. HELP!

I use apple ipads and fons. one of the ipads is updated to 18.01 and the other is older. The newer updated ipad has suddenly stopped receiving emails. My server is HostEurope. who can I turn to for help. Thanks alot!!!

Syncing between my desktop and my phone has been working just fine for years, just as it had been with my laptop until recently, but I changed the version of Linux I had installed on my laptop earlier today, and despite being able to sign in just fine (as you can see by me posting this with my account), and it syncing correctly on the initial sign in, actively syncing between my laptop and other devices is not functioning (if I make a new bookmark right now, it will not show up on my phone or desktop).

Looking at the sync page in settings it says "Please sign in to reconnect [my email address]", and the account widget on my toolbar has a yellow triangle symbol and a warning saying "account disconnected", but if I click "connect to another device" on the sync menu and then click "not now" I can get to my account page, fully signed in and able to click buttons to change settings (I signed out my old laptop while I was there just fine).

Attempting to re-sign in by any method (clicking "connect to another device" in the sync menu and then choosing "I already have Firefox mobile"; clicking "sign in" in the sync menu; signing out fully, emptying my cookies etc. and then signing in fresh) all leads me into a loop where I insert my password, provide a verification code from my email, provide my 2-factor code, click "I already have Firefox mobile", and then have to sign in again doing the same steps leading to the same place, forever. I will note, however, that signing out entirely and then signing back in does get me from signed out to signed in despite not correcting this error.

In case it would help I attempted to change my password via the account menu, but it says that my definitely correct password (I used the exact same entry from my clipboard successfully to sign in moments ago) is incorrect, and attempting to use the "forgot my password" menu gives me the error "Unexpected error" instead of doing anything, which is not very helpful. My password remains unchanged. I do not know if this is relevant.

After some looking things up I was made aware of a secret menu called "about:sync-log" which I used to see if I could find an error message, and I did indeed find one (I can guarantee that it's new and relevant because this Linux install is only several hours old).

For reference, On TB, "_cc folder" is 3.8 GB On Mac Finder, "_cc folder" is 13.63 GB

I have right-click the folder and press "compact". The folder on TB reduces in size. But, the folder on the Mac harddrive does not reduce in size.

Now, I am unable to update my Mac OS, because these emails files have occupied most space.

hello, My gmail account disconnected and I cannot log back in. A window opens when I try to load my mesages, but an error occurs everytime. Do you know where it comes from ? Screenshots down below thanks !

I am suddenly unable to login in to eBay using Firefox. This just started this morning (it was working fine last night). I opened Firefox in safe mode - no change - so it is not a plugin that is causing the problem. Here is what happens:

I click on my bookmark, and the login screen for eBay opens (sometimes). I enter the username, then it takes me to the stupid Captcha page. I pass that, then it goes back to the username page and says, "Oops, that's not a match". It will do this repeatedly for hours on end if I chose to do so. I have cleared the cache/cookies, so that is not he issue, either.

I can login to eBay just fine with Safari and Edge, so it is not a problem with my operating system. If anyone knows what might be causing this, your input will be greatly appreciated. Firefox version is 132.0.2.

I've tried the new thunderbird mobile. Very good indeed. Just two things missing for me. There is no way to add/delete a new folder. Second there is no way to print an email. Let me know when these points might be included.Thanks

ich habe das o.a. Mailprogramm von Tunderbird schon etliche Jahre auf meinem PC. Nachdem ich jetzt durch Urlaub meinen Eingangsspeicher längere Zeit nicht geleert hatte, waren ca. 1000 Mails darin enthalten. Ich habe versucht, alle zu löschen, was nicht gelang. Ich konnte nur die Mails löschen, die auf meinem Eingang ersichtlich waren. Seither ist es mir nicht möglich, weitere E-Mails zu empfangen! Ich kann sehr wohl Mails versenden, aber nicht empfangen. Das gilt für beide Konten, nämlich erwinh@kstp.at und Schweden60@ kstp.at ! Ich habe keine Einstellungen geändert und auch mein Internetanbieter Kabelplus St. Pölten hat keine anderen Einstellungen durchgeführt! Es ist ganz kurz einmal "aufgepoppt", mein Zertifikat ist abgelaufen! Ich weiß nicht welches Zertifikat und wie ich das verlängern könnte, damit die Eingänge auf die Mail-Konten wieder funktionieren? At computer cold boot on windows 11 home pro, Firefox view is open even though it is not in the start menu. It displays a flashy investment type site with a popup "sign up now" window over it. It does not happen on every cold start but does regularly. The site it displays does not show in history before of after it happens. I can find no place on the computer where that site exists, Bitdefender doesn't find anything and neither does Malwarebytes.

Is this something that Firefox did at last update to 132.02 which is when it started happening? Are you now going to have ads all over?

How do I stop this before there is an accidental software install from what looks like a very questionable website.

It was called "Trendview" which an existing website that doesn't have a great reputation and no way to contact them on their website that I can find.
