Click on the Orange Firefox label. Click "History" from the list. The fourth item down says "Recently Closed Tabs". Click it. It will now open up a list of your recently closed tabs. Choose which one you need.

If you have Win XP, (The same version of Firefox shows up differently in Windows 7 to XP). Click HISTORY from the drop down menus then click on recently closed tabs.

You could also go to "HISTORY"
