It might be caused by one of your extensions Try running your browser in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode

Had same fault. Had dual java extensions in addons 'java 6.0.07' and 'java 6.0.24' Disabled extension java 6.0.07 and fault no longer pops up.
