Unified folder wont allow me to move emails to subfolder

I have Unified email set up to show all emails received and sent from 4 accounts. One of these accounts allow me to move my emails to a subfolder, but the others do not.

When I try to move the emails to the subfolder thunderbird simply ignores the action. Sometimes it lets me move them when I am accessing mail from the main folder instead of the unified folder, but it is not predictable if it will work or not. The issue only began when I set up the Unified Folder, which I really like and prefer to keep in place.

The one that works is a gmail based email. The others run off of a smaller hosting company (inmotion hosting). Inmotion has no advice. Any ideas on how to solve this issue in the community or from thunderbird itself?
