Safesearch is typically enabled and managed by your search provider. I'm not aware of any integration with Firefox, although that doesn't mean much. I see you have Google email--do I assume correctly that this is Google Search where you are stuck in safesearch mode? If so, you may need to check your user settings and the date of birth you gave them. To other forum members (smarter than me), are there any signals Firefox, addons, or AV might send to Google, directing it to lock in safesearch?
