Firefox add-ons uninstalled on their own

I just opened my browser and after typing in the master password, I opened YouTube from my bookmarks bar. Immediately after, a number of tabs had opened and when I checked them they were the uninstall pages for the extensions I had and all of my browser extensions/ add-ons had been uninstalled. Is this a bug or is there something wrong with my PC? For reference, I use NoScript, uBlock Origin, uMatrix among others. I have also attached an image with all of the extensions I use. Thank you.

You could check for malware.
