What do you want to see when Firefox boots? You have the choice of a blank page or the Firefox default home page (Settings > Home > New Windows and Tabs) or it can open the tabs and windows that were open when you exited (Settings > General > Startup).

You can check the homepage setting in "Settings -> Home".

Firefox supports multiple homepages separated by '|' (pipe) symbols.
