Firefox not loading a page (Salesforce Chat)
Firefox only works on initial opening, then will not load the page unless the cache is emptied. Refreshing the browser does not resolve this issue. This issue only occurs in the Firefox browser. Chrome and Edge connect Salesforce Chat every time.

Steps to replicate the issue would help those of use that have never used the site. Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Safe Mode?
