You may be right. While I was at Halifax airport I got that error message. I was still able to go directly to the server online and use my email. But later in the hotel room in Ontario Mozilla worked again. I cannot understand why this happened because I didn't change anything. Also a week ago there was no problem at the airport. I guess you could say that the problem is fixed but not really because it could happen again.

My experience is that this usually leads to nothing. They will never admit that there's anything unusual about their system. One should simply not have to a computer scientist in order to use one's email.
