Did you enable the 2-step verification for this site?

Did you save the recovery codes when you enabled 2FA on your account (2FA is mandatory for Add-on developers) ?

Did you lose access to Authenticator app on your mobile device to generate the TOTP code ?

If you are still logged in to the Firefox account (e.g. if you also use it for this forum) then you can try to disable 2FA and re-enable 2FA.
