How to change colour of default themes without using addons or 'net access
HI I am using firefox 70.0.1, build 20191108022956 on Windows 7 (yuck) on an intranet without external net access nor the ability to install any addins.
How can I change the colour of the Menu bar , or better, change the colours used by the out of the box themes ?
(I used to configure lightweightThemes.recommendedThemes and lightweightThemes.usedThemes but that no longer seems to work)
Thanks in advance

Hi Rob, do you know whether you can create a userChrome.css file to override built-in styles? It needs to be present before you start Firefox in order to be read at startup*.
A good site to get custom style rule requests fulfilled is:
https://www.reddit.com/r/FirefoxCSS/
I have a general site about userChrome.css files here:
* In Firefox 69 and later, a preference change in about:config (or prefs.js / user.js) also is needed for Firefox to load the file at startup.

Many thanks for the quick reply !
I will try out your solution
Using the userChrome.css solution did exactly what I need . Thanks for the tip.
I run multiple Firefox profiles to manage different dev/test environments and I like to colour code the windows to reduce risk of doing things to the wrong environment...
