Livestream videos in Youtube and some other videos are not working in Firefox 68.0.1?

The live stream videos (e.g. in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pZoilXWHKUk) do not work and gives "your browser does not recognize any of the video format). Some other videos also don't work
