I am looking for an add-on, or functionality with which to tag, mark, or even PREFERABLY notifying the sender upon typing in the email address if the address has been contacted within the last 7 days.

I need this functionality to avoid multiple people reaching out to a client request if it's already been handled.

Does anyone have thoughts or suggestions on how I could accomplish this?
