When I drag an image from my Firefox nightly browser to my desktop the image is empty

I think it's similar to this previous problem: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1186235

I am using firefox nightly and it no longer allows me to drag and drop images from my browser to my desktop. If I "Save image as..." the image saves correctly to my desktop. I refreshed nightly, restarted in safe mode, disabled all add-ons, and updated it. Nothing has worked. I do not know my problem. This is a problem that occurs on every website.

for some reason mSupport isn't loading the images I tried to upload for this question either, I can try again
