This started happening from around the beginning of April - I may have down-loaded a new version of Firefox around that time. When I go into the Firefox down-load site, it say's that I am already using the latest version - Firefox Quantum Ver 59.0.2 (64-bit) . Q. Is there a problem with this version, when opening up a secondary screen?

Hi, I am just trying to figure out why you need a 2nd screen for 2 factor auth. mail.yahoo.com, Google they use 2 factor and I do not need a 2nd screen. Which is also do not know is that a 2nd tab or a 2nd window or is it the same window just on the 2nd part of the auth.

Please expand on your issue as totally unclear, at least to me.

Or just go ahead and try this 7min fix : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 59.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

Hi, thanks for your reply. I haven't yet tried your solutions, as you wanted me to explain more fully what the problem is. What happens is: I click on my favorites to find the link for my Internet Banking. I click on that Link, and it brings up the main page for the Bank, which is their main home page (it has advertising, etc) - that page is centred ok. But, to access the internet banking session, I then have to click on a 'button'. When I click on that 'I-Bank'. button, it brings up another screen, where I enter my sign-in details - it is this screen that isn't center'ing on my laptop's screen. So, I first have to drag the screen to the left, and then click on the maximise button on the top RHS. After I do this, the screen is centred. But, I've only had to do this since I downloaded the latest version of Firefox (that's when I think the problem first started happening). So, the center'ing of the 'frame' only works with the first screen, but not the 2nd. I rang my Bank, and they told me that everything is fine on their end, and that the problem must be on my laptop. I explained to them that the problem doesn't happen when I log into another Banks on-line banking page - but they only use one screen for logging on. When, I spoke further with them, I told them that I was using Firefox - they use Internet Explorer with no problems. When He tried to sign-in using Firefox, he had the same problem. He said that he will look into it & get back to me, when he finds an answer. He hasn't yet given me an answer. Short of changing over to Internet Explorer, this is all I can do at the moment (I.e. if I want to continue using Firefox, I will first need to centre the sign-in screen, before proceeding further with the internet banking session). By the way, I'm using the latest version of Windows 10. Hope this clears up any confusion about the problem I'm having. Thank you for your time and assistance.
