Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. (Firefox 57 and above) Click the Library button 57 library icon and choose History.
(Click the menu button New Fx Menu and choose History in older Firefox versions.)
  2. In the History menu, choose "Clear Recent History...".
  3. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  4. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  5. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  6. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.

I have my options to never save history. I have cleared my cache and site data in my options today.

The top link (image with the blue 70) isn't working, but the featured items further down work.

Do you see a link showing at the bottom when you hover that link?

You can also check the page code in the Inspector.

You can right-click and select "Inspect Element" to open the builtin Inspector with this element selected.

@cor-el no the link is not below when I hover on gallery links, only on other content. I haven't looked at page code for a while, what I do see is some java script coding, do I need to find anther Java Add-on?

Do not confuse JavaScript and Java. JavaScript is builtin, but there are a lot of extensions that can block JavaScript.

With Tracking Protection enabled (shield on the location bar) the gallery links do not work. If I click the shield and disable Tracking Protection then the galleries open.

@cor-el Damn....now i did not have the Tracking Protection option on always, my choice was "only in private windows". I made it always, disabled for NJ.com and BAM!!!! it works

Thanks
