Yahoo search in firefox returns "No results found" though it has links to similar phrasing, and if clicked they will also return " No results founds"

found" (mostly). Some of the similar results links do work as they should but have severely truncated results. Google search operates properly, and yahoo search works right in chrome. This started happening before I updated Firefox. I'm using windows 8.1. Thanks for any help in advance.
