As in the image, the logo and thumnails won't show (LHS), the same with the 'like' button image, shuffle on playlists etc on firefox. I haven't tried anything yet so am open to suggestions to fix it, but I'm not very computer savvy, so clear instructions please! Thank you :)

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block (wanted) content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Ghostery, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.

  • make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Separate Issue: Update your Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

Flash Player Version: Version 26.0.0.151

Hi   !

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files. Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button or press 'Ctrl + F5' or press 'Ctrl + Shift + R'

Another thing to try : Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

Clear the Cache:

3-bar menu => Options => Advanced => Network => Cached Web Content :
"Clear Now"

Remove Cookies from sites causing problems:

3-bar menu => Options => Privacy => Cookies : "Show Cookies"

You could also check this :

Type in the address bar about:config (press Enter) (promise to be careful, if asked) Type and look for the preference : dom.storage.enabled and make sure that its value is set to true

Separate issue :

You need to update your Flash, for your system details show that you have an older version, which can cause problems. The latest version of Adobe Flash is 26.0.0.151

Uninstaller : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

You can download te latest version from here : https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Note : some 'extras' may be offered in the download.

Edit : Looks like while I was typing this FredMcD posted the 'Flash-issue', so you can ignore the last part of my post.
