Cannot log in to Mozilla Support
I have exactly the same problem as Richmog a month or so ago. I’m unable to log into Mozilla Support - my email address and password are always rejected as invalid. I’ve reset the password many times and the process appears to be successful - I get a confirmation email which I respond to and that appears to be successful, but when I attempt to log in using the same username and password it’s always rejected as invalid. I’ve already created 2 fresh accounts using alternative email addresses but exactly the same thing happened. The only way I can post a message in the forum is during the create new account procedure, and this time I'm using my wife's email address to leave a more comprehensive message. I’ve had one brief email reply to my original post which doesn’t make much sense to me: 'no mail server showing on that domain'. This address has been working fine for several years. I need to have an ongoing exchange of messages with someone but the system simply doesn’t allow this if I cannot log in. PLEASE will someone contact me on david@wright47.me.uk so we can resolve this extremely frustrating situation. If for any reason you cannot use this address you can try: dmw@geminisound.co.uk Thank you!

I do not know if you have access to the appropriate part of the forum, but I have posted a request with the forum admin to come here to help. I can do nothing really I do not have that level of access to the forum. I can basically only toss you out and it looks like that is happening without my blundering around.

I think this is the same user.
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1168858 is the user's first posting of the three, and it has a reply from linuxmodder
Their is a mail server on the domain wright47.me.uk listed in the first post. But it is refusing email. See here
Looking up geminisound.co.uk appears to work See here but this site raises some questions about the mail server.
Perhaps the issue is your domain hosting. it looks like it just might have some issues.
