How can I get gmail account to work on firefox?
I have watch the videos on the cookies but everything looks great. For some reason it still wont let me access my gmail account on here. I'm really confused and tried to read everything but none of it is making any sense for my situation. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Brit

Make sure that you are accessing it via an "https" secure web site or it will reject it.
So go to https://www.google.com and try and try a log in on that page.
This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.
- check the permissions in "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions"
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/fix-login-issues-on-websites-require-passwords
Clear the cache and remove the cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).
"Clear the cache":
- Firefox -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Network -> Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems.
- Firefox -> Preferences -> Privacy -> "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
