My screen has somehow changed in irritating two fields. E.g. I cannot see my gmail account completely, there is always a broad tab opened next to it.

Providing that screenshot somehow didn't work, so I am going to take a punt:
Opening in the sidebar is the default for bookmarks that are created via a link or button on a website.
You can check the properties of a bookmark via the right-click context menu in the sidebar (Ctrl+B ).
In the Bookmarks Manager (Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks) you can click the More button in the Details pane at the bottom right.
Make sure that 'Load this bookmark in the sidebar' is not selected.

Thanks a lot for your answer: I solved it by deleting the whole page-viewer which was the only one to have this problem. Created a new one, pasted in on my preferred spot, quite easy solytion. I will copy yours in a note of myself.
