keep getting err CE01 when I open firefox how can I fix this?

When I start up Firefox I get the err CE01 and then in the upper right of the tool bar it says, disabled in red letters. How can I fix this and stop it from happening. Thank you

Please provide a screenshot of Firefox with that message showing. Doesn't sound like a Firefox Error Message, but might be from an add-on?


See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
