I have down loaded M ozill Thunderbird but when I try to run the programme it asks run as CURRENT USER (Aspire-EF531\Phil) or Run the Programm as the following user ........Administrator. & needs a Password? Neither of these work! Please Help

I assume you have downloaded the install-program and it ask's where to install.

It will install in two places: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird" where you need administrator rights to install. And in: C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird That's why it has to ask were to install it.

Download from www.mozilla.org

Right click on downloaded file and run as administrator Select current user unless you're installing for another user.

Thank you for your help. I have successfully down loaded the programme now. Could you tell me if it is possible to have two windows like Outlook One with the email details and the second with the selected opened email, if you see what i mean, Kind regards Phil

I have never used Outlook so I cant tell. But you can open mails in a message-pane, new tab or new window.
