Firefox always opens on www.%snf%.com

Every time I go onto Firefox, the opening page is www.%snf%.com. I've tried Avast, Malwarebytes, Adware, CCleaner and the Mozilla advice about renewing Firefox and amending the target address in the shortcuts but it still happens. While it is there I won't be using Firefox.
