The developer tool window is openning and closing constantly and I don't know how I can stop that

Do you mean the Inspector or do you mean the developer toolbar?

The shortcut key for the Inspector is Ctrl+Shift+C, so make sure that you do not accidentally press the Shift key when you use Ctrl+C to copy text to the clipboard.

Make sure that they are untoggled in the Tools > Developer Tools Menu.
