Firefox crashes

Has been crashing regularly for last week or so. Have updated all software and run virus scan. Have removed and reinstalled Firefox

You can try to disable MSE (Media Source Extensions) support.
Try to set media.mediasource.enabled to false on the about:config page.
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
There are more media.*.enabled prefs that you can try to toggle.
