FF very very slow/freezing since last update (37.0)

Since last update of FF (37.0 Beta 3) and/or flash beta update I get a module error box constantly popping up, browser keeps freezing up for minutes at a time.... when looking at task manager processes tab, the figure under 'page faults' for firefox is HUGE over 2000,000 which is a definate change from before. Generally struggling with everything I am trying to do. Are there any known issues and/or solutions?
